How long should I fast?
Only some tests need it. Sugar needs 10 hours and cholesterol 12. Water is fine, and keep taking your usual medicines unless your doctor says otherwise. We show the exact hours when you book.
Is home collection safe?
Collectors use sealed, single-use needles opened in front of you, wear gloves, and carry samples in temperature-controlled boxes.
When will I get my report?
Most routine tests are ready in 4 to 12 hours, vitamins in about a day. The tracking page shows each stage and opens the report when it is ready.
Can my doctor see the report?
Share the booking code and last 4 digits with your doctor, or print the report as a PDF.
Do you run health camps for offices?
Yes. We set up at your office for groups of 20 or more, with packages priced per person.
